how it works

​Bring in your previously loved baby and children's clothing, shoes, baby gear and essential items for a credit towards other pre-loved items.  To receive optimum credit, please follow the following:

• items must be laundered, with no tears or stains
• apparel should be folded or laid flat in a neat way
• equipment, baby gear must meet all safety standards and must have all pieces
• credit notes are issued based on store demand, current stock and condition of item
• credit notes can be redeemed for 50% of purchase
• once a credit note is accepted, it is not reversible and DOES NOT have cash value
• we reserve the right to offer CASH instead of credit at a reduced amount
• we do not keep track of credit notes
• ALL sales are final, there are NO returns and NO refunds
